poem walk 21
In a poem walk, the writer goes on a stroll and “writes” and memorizes a poem, then puts it to the page when they arrive home. The prompt for this week is: ever after, after.
Last week, we thought about the moments that happened right after a "happily ever after" moment in your life. Remind yourself of that moment while you are walking. Then, think about the differences between that moment and RIGHT NOW. Make a list of the differences in your mind. Remember as. many parts of the list as you can.
When you get home, you can use your “poem” as a stand alone piece or use it to begin writing a page. For this one, I suggest capping at 500 words.
